The Challenge
The Indiana Sirens girls' basketball program helps young athletes develop skill, discipline, and character. However, managing rosters, upcoming tournaments, and parent communications across fragmented spreadsheets and group chats was difficult. The club needed a centralized, high-energy digital hub that attracted prospective players and recruitment scouts, while providing easy access to team logistics.
The Solution
Howell Solutions designed a high-impact, athletic dark interface representing the competitive fire of the team. We built a custom player roster system that highlights training credentials and player details for scouting agencies. The schedule module lists real-time updates for tournament locations, tip-off times, and game results.
Statically built on Astro and styled with utility-first Tailwind, the platform requires no heavy databases, yielding zero-latency loads. We also ensured search engines correctly indexed player profiles for scout visibility on recruiting platforms.
